Our current location is more than 5 times larger than where we started and in 1999 we took over another flower shop located in Downtown Buffalo. Having 2 locations allows us to better serve our customers in Buffalo and all of its suburbs daily. In 1997, computers were added with software dedicated to the floral industry. This allowed better order tracking, past and future, and giving customers the information they needed in seconds and providing timely billing cycles. It has also allowed us to organize work loads and inventory control more efficiently as well.
